Stupid Electrical Question

Ok, I am gonna try and explain this the best way I know how. You know when you leave your keys in the ignition and you get the reminder beep. And how you can turn on your interior lights, leave the door open while not running, and they will stay on for a couple of minutes until going out. Well, the other day, mine started acting funny. When you leave the keys in the ignition and open the door, the door beep working for about 5 seconds then cuts off. And the interior lights only stay on for about the same.

Any idea's what might be going on?

Could be a pinched/bent wire if its got anything to do with the bundle going from the truck to the door. The movement of opening the door could break/make the connection if the little metal in the wire has broken.

Could not find any codes under anything but the engine portion of the scan tool. It had P0633 SKIM Secret Key not stored in the PCM. And had P0541 Intake Air Heater Relay 1 Low Stored in the stored codes.

Any idea's anybody?

Real annoying when you open the door at night to get something out of the truck and the light goes out in 2-3 seconds.
