Sirius Radio Only Receiving Stations 74 - 184

I had the battery terminals disconnected while we were adding some KC Daylighters to my truck this weekend.

Of course I lost all my radio settings, but that's to be expected. I also can only receive Sirius stations 74-184. I just had Sirius resend the signal about three times, but that was to no avail. They suggested that I take it to the dealer for a master reset on the radio.

Does anyone else out there have any other suggestions?

Thanks,

Megan

Try calling a coupe of the local stereo shops and see if they have heard of this before.

Maybe try unplugging the power again and let it set for a minute or two before plugging the power back on. This can be done by the greenish/yellow (chartruse) plug in the box that is located under the hood on the drivers side. The box is up front on the right side when the hood is up.

You mean pull the fuse for it? I can handle that. I'll let you know how it goes!!!

Thanks you!

Megan,

Another option is to pull your glove box out and look straight up. That's where your sirius tuner is located (can't miss it). Pull the plug out that contains the power wires. Maybe that will solve your problem

I lost channels 120 - 124, and the fix was to replace the Sirius receiver located under the dash behind the glovebox. Under warranty of course!

Noooo!!! I haven't had a chance to try everyone's fixes yet. I hope it doesn't come to this. I really don't want to have to yank the Juice/Attitude out!
