Smile Radiator Fluid. Change how often?

I continue to be very happy with my truck, purchased on the Fourth of July, 2003.

I have been sure to change the oil and filter on schedule, and to change the fuel filter and rotate the tires.

It occurs to me however, that I'm probably making a mistake with the radiator fluid. Although I have taken the truck in to Dodge dealers for each servicing, I don't think the radiator fluid has ever been changed. I currently have 31,500 miles on the odometer.

Can someone tell me if I'm due for a change? Or past due?

Thanks.
