I've got the sunroof in my '05 quad cab. Yes, the console is there. The sunroof switch mounts between the driver and passenger courtesy lights. You'll need the headliner, maybe the console, styrofoam insulation, etc, and all the bits for the sunroof itself. I have no idea if the wiring is there with the harness. There's probably a drain that works its way down under the truck.
The challenge will be the hole in the roof. The sunroof glass has rounded corners and it rises up into and through the roof during its travels. (It slides back between the headliner and the roof, or the rear tilts upward). The factory hole in the roof has rolled edges for a good bit of the penetration including the corners. The sunroof glass is a close fit to the hole. There may be some mounting bosses you'd need to fabricate and braze to the roof's underside. I've not had the headliner out, fortunately.
Good luck. I'd go take a close look at the doner truck before cutting into the roof. You may choose to swap out the cab for one with the hole instead.
