Quad Cab vs. MegaCab (07) Which would you go with?

Ok im coming from an 05 Chevy Dmax crew cab, and thats been great space wise in the second seating area. It's me that drives it 85% of the time solo, and on the weekends/evenings my wife and 1 year old go places. So should I get the Mega, or Quad? Which would help resale? Which would you go with? thanks for any input

If you don't need the box space, I'd get the Mega. Its just me and my girlfriend, no kids. The space is huge! Seats lay flat for massive room to go on those out-of-town shopping sprees. I also like the looks of the Megas. Not sure about the resale part of the equation, but for interior comfort the Mega is hard to beat. That 1 year old will grow up and the quads are cramped in my opinion. They are less roomy than your dirtymax!

They're probably gonna kick me out of the Non-MegaClub for saying this but i wish I had sprung for a Mega The QC is nice and adequate for my needs but I do like Megas. I've heard QCs can be a pain when it comes to car seats for the little ones so a Mega might be your best bet there.

I think it is going to depend on your needs. Do you need more space in the back seat or the bed? I have 3 kids so I need the space on the inside.

I just bought a Mega Cab. i was open to the big three diesel wise, and decided on the Mega Cab. I also made sure i got one before that crappy new motor came out.
I have never and will never own a long bed truck, short beds is what I like. SO for me it was a no brainer. If I was goin with Dodge I would be getting a MEga Cab. I am single and no kids and still use the space. I love it so far.

If bed size is not an issue, go with the mega. The extra cab space keeps my little ones from kicking the back of my seat while going down the road. Although, it's a little harder to reach back and smack them when they act up.

It's easier to grow into a mega than out of a quad.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^Meg a - all the way. I've had both and I would never own a quad cab again. Don't get me wrong I like them but the room is un-real...

I love the room my Mega has. For me the short bed is all I wanted so it was also a no brainer for me. Like said before, if you don't NEED the longer bed, get the Mega. Also, My daughter is 6 and in a booster seat and does not even come close to being able to kick the back of the seat.
