Poor in town radio reception.

Anyone else experiencing this? Almost like the antenna isn't plugged into the stereo. Haven't had it out on the highway yet.

Cheers.

Nope. I can't say the RF reception of my radio is any different than on the other vehicles I own. Maybe your antenna IS unplugged?

Mine is great. It does have a problem, though. All it gets is Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Could this be a problem? ???

Merry Christmas
Bob

After a couple weeks, my AM went out.....no Rush for me :'(
FM works fine though. I'm not sure if AM radio is worth having the dealer tear apart the dash to fix it.

I had a 96 that wen`t south, the dealer did an exchange and it was a bigger pile of DUNG than the original one.
If they try an exchange don`t do it. Make them send out your radio for repair.

Re:Poor in town radio reception.

My parents 03 has the tape deck CD combo and I have noticed that it has poor reception even compared to my 95 with the original deck. I think I'm going to try and remove it and see if the antenna is plugged in. If it is I think I'll have my parents take it in and see if something can be done.

Joe
