I did a search and couldn't find any pictures of just 2x4's only 4x4's (in the off road forum). So I thought I'd start-up one just for us other folks who have, well you guessed it a 2x4!


She's been around the block a few times, had her pluming re-routed due to the tail pipe falling off and me running over it, and a few other minor surgery's ... 237,500 miles and she still beats you to death on gravel roads just like she did when new.
Oh yeah, picture was taken right after a rare event... It's yearly washing!

Before I leave this thread I just want to say...
They said it's too expensive, it's too much work, it can't be done! ADAM! YOU'RE CRAZY!!!
Well I studied it closely, took many measurements, and read a lot, I mean A LOT of threads in the conversion forum and decided to go ahead and do it.
It still needs a little clean up and I was thinking of maybe shaving the bumper so it's flush with the main body, but here it is...
I give you the 2x4 to 4x4 conversion!
