Will 2003 dually bed fit on 2006 dually frame?
I am looking for a pickup bed. Anyone from NY PA CT NJ? I'm in upstate NY.
I also need front driver side door.

I think the third gen beds are interchangeable. Hope you find one.

 

Thanks for your help. I found one at the junk yard but they said 03 bed only fit on 03-05. is that true. I just want to make sure before i make a trip down to pick it up.

The taillights and wiring should be the same as the tla's changed in '07. I recommend calling a few places that do upfitting, such as utility boxes or flat beds. Those guys pick up a bed really cheap. My buddy got offered a $500 credit if they got to keep his bed. Needless to say it went home with him. He has sold that since. Box assembly part #'s are the same also, so the 06 will work on your '03. Even if the box turns out to be an '07, the pockets for the lights will be the same shape but you will have to modify the wiring.

don i live in newbrugh there is a trailer shop by use and i believe they still have an 8ft ually bed in patriot blue

 

Looks like the majority of them I can get are new take off beds that are white. Is repaint a consideration if the price is right. I can't find any blue ones with a decent price tag. I have several white DRW beds for a 06 though. $1500 being the average price.
