Call 800-992-1997; 0800-1700 M-F<br>hit 1 for customer, <br>2 to continue<br>wait at next choice until they say you have 5 choices<br>then hit 5, for 'all other issues'<br>then 2, to avoid survey at end of call<br>press 1 to confirm; &amp; hold for a cust svc rep-<br>then give them your von or better yet give them the last 8 of your vin.<br><br>Good Luck!<br><br>Rene
