Is there a way to track the progress of an order on the internet or by some other means. I ordered a Ram 3500 HO QC two weeks ago and was told to expect delivery in about 6 to 8 weeks. The last time I ordered a Chevy it took months longer than expected. When the dealer told me it had arrived the truck was all wrong.....not what I ordered. The Chevy dealer insisted it was the way GM built it. I think the Chevy dealer sold it to someone who offered a higher price and thought he would stick me with a different truck. I trust my Dodge dealer but it can't hurt to &quot;cut the cards.&quot;<br><br>Thanks

After you get your VIN, you will use that.<br><br>The sequence the site lists is not right, listen to the prompts.<br><br>Have fun tracking your truck, I did. ;D
