well i finally picked it up last thursday, i went to the cape this weekend
on the way down there (~135 mi of highway) i got 19.9 MPG
i have not filled up since so i can post an average of around town and highway later this week
i love it

great looking truck. i think this is the first time i've seen a heavy duty truck w/o the tow mirrors.

My 2500 didn't come with the tow mirrors either.. I just recently purchased them and installed them however, and I love them SO much more than the POS stockers that were on there. If you do ANY towing of decent proportions, get the tow mirrors.. I found mine on ebay for about $250.00 Took about 20 minutes to install them both. Local dealer wanted $271.00 PER mirror for them.

Mine also did not come with the tow mirrors. I bought a set from the dealer for about $300 for both. Definetly worth the investment if you do any type of towing. I only tow my 5000+ boat twice a year and having the mirrors definetly make it easier to do.

ya i am going to look into the mirrors, i gotta get myself a trailer for the wheeling rig and then see what i need
