howes additive important info

reading another post on anti gel additives an noticed people recomending howes they did not say wich one if you want anti gel proptries you need to use there regular additive not meaner power cleaner it eliminates water but does have anti gel proptries list on bottle.another thing i noticed that the 07 owners need to check into is conflicting labels on bottle that read as .safe for diesel engines used as directed adds less than 1ppm sulfer.the other one says this dieselfuel additive does not comply with federal ultra low sulfer content requirments for use in the model year 2007 and newer diesel motor vehicles.
