I've been using howes products for years, and I found that their normal additive every tank, and a shot of power cleaner every 4th tank seems to help a lot.
I use the truck as a service unit, and sometimes there is a lot of around town running, the cleaner seems to help a bit with keeping ahead of the carbon buildup, and so on.
