How to remove condensation buildup from tail light?
Hello,
I noticed that I have about 1/2 ~ 3/4 water in my passenger side lower part of the rear tail light where the reverse light is located. So far the reverse light has not burned out. Could someone provide info on how to remove the rear tail light to drain the water without wrecking the light?
Has this happened to anyone else? Perhaps caused by a bad seal on the lens?

This and leaking cabmarker lights were the first problems I had with mine when it was new. The dealership said they were told by DC tech support to drill a small vent hole in the back of the lens. This is what they did to mine. Great fix. Now not only does it get condensation but now dust also finds its'
way in to the lens. Simply brilliant!

I drained out all the water. Then used a heat gun to heat the lens up and get rid of any condensation. Then silicone any cracks and around the complete lense. This has worked so far since August.
