condensation in tail light housing???

anyone notice if they have condensation in their tail lights?

I noticed this weekend, i have condensation in my right rear tail light housing..

Does this assembly come completely apart so I can dry that, or maybe a seal that needs to be replaced...

I just put a flatbed on my 06. I have the factory tailights if you need them. There perfect new condition.
