I have an auto with 3.73 rear end and at around 72 or so my engine RPM's are at 2000. I can't tell from your signature if you have auto or manual.

Probably the quickest way to tell is the rpms at 70mph. Less than 2k at 70 will be 3.73's. More than 2k, 4.10's.

You can request a build sheet from Dodge and they will email you back all the specs your truck came with, from the factory.

The rear diff should have a 3" metal tag also, as well as it being listed in the drivetrain sheet in the glovebox.
