Good dealership in Twin Cities?

Anyone have a good recomendation on a dealership in the Twin Cities. I live in Woodbury and work in Fridley so anyplace in between would be best. I use to bring my truck to Dodge of Blaine, but I haven't had the best luck there.

I have been looking for a good dealer also for a year. I have had bad luck with Forest lake, White bear and New Richmond, Blaine dodge was the lesser of the evils so I have been going there. I did talk to a guy last weekend that said they have 2 really good Diesel guys at the Hastings Dodge. I was going to go there for my next breakdown.

Good luck. Let me know if you do find a good place.

Im sure this is more then out of your way but the fellas at the Albany Dealership have been good to me so far, in case you were wondering it is about 8 miles from St.Cloud. Great customer service, they have quite a few diesels on their lot. I havn't purchased a vehicle from there but they seem to stay right on top of things. Their diesel tech is a nice guy, seems quite knowledgeable.

I don't really care about Sales, that is how I ended up ad Blaine Dodge. They had the best sales dept I have ever seen but the worst service I have also ever seen. Also rule out Bloomington Dodge. Poor overall.

Has anyone ever been to Rosedale (Heckers) Dodge?

The Dodge dealer off of 35W and County RD C is BY FAR the best in the cities that I have found. I've had work on my truck done at their shop and these guys were first class all of the way. I came into their shop one day with no appointment. I was leaving the next morning for an out-of-State trip and my truck was leaking diesel. Blaine Dodge told me it would be several days before they could get me in. The dealer on County Rd C (Rosedale dodge?) got me right in and fixed it right up. It wasn't that they were not busy. They understood my predicament and made time for me. I also had them flash my computer and enable high idle while I was there. The tech took me back to his PC and showed me all of the updates that were available and discussed them with me before flashing.

I'd highly recommend them.

Make sure you're paying at least $600, if not more, below dealer cost when you buy your truck.

Thanks for the info. The one on cr C is Heckers (Rosedale Dodge). I'll give them a shot for my next service. It sure is tough to find a good dealership.

Brookdale Dodge has EXCELLENT service. They have a diesel tech, and certified welder. I took my truck in there when I bought it and had them do the coil bucket recall as well as a tranny flush. Got the truck back quickly, and a couple days later I noticed I was leaking some ATF. To me it looked like it was coming from the pan gasket so I called them and they said to bring it in right away. I took it down the same day, and waited a bit and it turned out the tranny lines had rubbed together and made a pin-hole in one of them. Being 16 at the time, I didn't have much money, much less on me. I asked the tech what I could do to just get home (it was getting late at this point, had school and homework to do yet), and he said we can try to wrap the line up real tight with duct tape, then when I got home to splice in a new piece with compression JIC fittings if I couldn't afford a new line. He said I'd have to stop every 5 miles or so and check the fluid so I don't run it dry (it was coming out pretty fast when I got closer to home). Only problem was... I didn't have any fluid with me, and didn't have enough money to buy 6 quarts like he estimated to get me home (dealer fluid is spendy, and all other parts stores were closed now). So he took some bulk fluid and said it would be in the toolbox. He pulled the truck around out front and there were 6 quarts of fluid in my toolbox. I came in there for them to fix a leak that they didn't cause, and they got me home safely without paying a dime. I will always recommend them because of their great service they gave me.
