Given a choice. What'd it be?
Better headlights and gauges are certainly desired. How about deleating the power steering? My 1950 2 ton Dodge doesn't have it and I don't miss it. Neither did the 2 ton Chevy I drove as a kid, or the 56 ford I owned a few years (decades) ago.
Front and rear locker. I was told Toyota Landcruiser has them.
Dual temperature control on SLT. Like Chevy.
Tail gate top protector.
285x17 tires.

all the gauges--speedometer and tach-- in front of the steering wheel ,moved to the front top edge of the dash so we can see without bobbing our heads thru the steering wheel to see them

Smaller quad cab ..... or the club cab back, as an option, with my 2" of length back in the bed where it belongs & use to be. Waaaay too much room in the rear seat area to be a real truck. Now- if they made a C powered SUV.....now we're talkin
