Given a choice. What'd it be?
An aux. transmission so that I could get that better fuel mileage and the CTD wouldn't have to wind up so much at highway speeds when I'm running solo.
Jack, why don't you get an exhaust brake for that beast? You had one on the other truck.

#1 would be a selectable locker for the rear. I think that it's more valuable for getting out of bad conditions than a limited slip, as a limited slip will quit working as the traction tends towards zero. #2 would be good 17in load range E A/T or M/T tires, as they'll minimize the need for the selectable locker. Such a tire will need to meet the usual conflicting requirements of very good traction in rain, snow, and mud, good traction on sand and ice, and offer long life without making 'WAH WAH WAH WAH WAH WAH' sounds as you go down the road. From what I've seen something like a studdable Michelin XPS Traction with lots of factory siping would be a candidate. I'd run one set with studs as a winter tire and one without as a three season tire.
#3 would be two stage fuel and air filters, as although the Fleetguard filters seem to work very well they also seem to provide about half of the expected life per the suggested maintenance intervals.

HEAVY-DUTY 5-speed auto, exhaust brake and a pop-out 7" widescreen, touch LCD nav that can play DVD movies too (as long as I'm asking).
If we can't get an all-new trans, then DC should at least make a deal with one of the aftermarket guys (ATS, etc.) to offer their beefier versions as a factory option (ala Saleen, SLP, etc.).

Let's see now Gauges would be a natural, Gear spliter, Auxilary tank, and a separate tank for fuel additive about a gallon or so that could be metered into the fuel thus eliminating the need to do it every fill up. that would be great for road trips in hot weather. I had a bottle in the door bin got too hot the other day and started to leak and reek inside the cab. And how about a cubby in the overhead for sunglasses like GM has.
Seriously:
1) Wider Tow Mirrors Option (tilt-outs not so good, signal / clearance light)
2) Factory exhaust Brake Option (soon to be available as Mopar aftermarket)
3) Full Crew Option instead of 75% Quad
4) Option for auto climate control (I know I am pretty much alone on this one)
5) 5 speed Auto (with an e-brake would be awsome!)
6) Better exterior lighting all the way around. High intensity discharge lighting, for driving (better access to change bulbs) and LED clearance and turn signal lighting. (This is standard now on anything over $30K) It would also work better with RVs with LED signals and stop lights.
All of these things (except the lighting) should be an option so everying does not have to pay for them.
You know I tred lightly on the site because I have not put my money down on a new "600" yet, BUT: I have earned years of my living on the automotive manufacturing idustry (Big 3, 2nd Tier & 3rd Tier Supplier) in 4 different countries. I have always spent my money where I have earned my money. It really torques my lug nuts to buy a car assembled where the primary currency is different than the one on my paycheck.
Is it too much to ask for an American assembled working man's truck?
I like to see red-white-n-blue on a car, but I don't understand when the flag itself and the car are made under a different flag.
Thorpey: I appologise in advance for those I have offened.

You guys are goooood! looking through the list I like (and would have bought) most every option here!!! (HINT TO ANY DC FOLKS OUT THERE!)
I agree with you on the gauges to, that would be probably #1 now that I think of it.
I like my 4.10, in writing a letter to Cummins I found out they developed the cam, timeing curve, and did ALL there development for the common rail engine's based on a truck with the 4.10 gear and the 6 speed in it, thats why I ordered it rather than the 3.73.
Still like the 7 speed idea though, but whats a gear splitter do? I'm guessing its a Hi / Low range kind of thing, THAT would be interesting to drive! Semi's have them dont they?

Dude, thats exactly what a splitter is. Basically 2 rings gears in one. Goes from lets say a 4:10 to a 3:73 with the flick of a switch. It's in the differential.
I seriously dought anyone from DC is paying attention. Some of these suggestions have been around for years. Many things are so obvious you have to wonder if DC isn't being run by an Android. For that matter, ALL the car companies, except maybe Honda, must be run by Androids.
