Fuel plate ID

What type of fuel plate is this.....Stock or aftermarket

Sorry ....wrong location...How do I move it to 12V section??

Doesn't look like any I've seen in a Dodge truck. Does it have any markings on it? How are the two pieces held together?

It came in a rebuilt pump that I got for my truck...It does have a number on top.As I remember its 290063.....I think,but not sure..Its a one piece construction..
