Extended warranty story
CEL came on a few weeks ago then went off by it's self and came back on a couple of weeks later. Had codes P-0111, P-0071, P-0514. Air temp sensors and battery temp sensor. Took it to my dealer. Said they would check it out. Called later and said All sensors were O.K. and they cleared the fault codes and could not get it to come back and to keep an eye for it to happen again. Also I told them that the steering box was leaking and the drivers side seat heater didn't work. Said they would check all and get back to me. Called later and said they would fix everything under Chrysler extended warranty.
New steering gear and all front linkage and steering damper and alignment. New heater pads in drivers seat. Said everything else looked O.K. Maybe needed a new air filter and the battery terminals cleaned. Out the door for $100.00 deductible. I never would have thunk it. I would like to give my dealer a big thank you.

Wow, good deal! My dealer - Colorado Springs Dodge - ripped me off big time over the extended warranty.
I have to take the truck to a dealer next week for a repair, and that's going to hurt.

It was an aftermarket extended warranty that I bought from Colorado Springs Dodge.
