Door speaker question
if you go to my link and look at the grommets, there is not much way to do it.
the connector is a "form fit" for the hole in the door, and snaps into it.
and the grommet is a "form fit" which snugly fits onto the connector.
in the old days, the grommet fit the hole in the door, and the wires hung down, and the connector was hanging free,
so the grommet and and hose was basically a tube the wires floated in.
and you could fish wires thru the grommet and attached hose up to the door.
you can't do that with this design.
Moparnut sounds right.

I drilled new holes in the door frame area, installed grommets, and then made a hole in the door rubber grommet to run the wires into. I used a sharp awl/pick to poke a hole in the rubber grommet. It takes some work to get the wire thru the hole. Also put silicone on the new grommet I added to seal it up good around the wires. I can post some pics if you need them.
I had a feeling this is what had to be done.

Pics would be great!
The front door jams already have grommets that you can use. The rear will reqiure drilling to install the grommets. Remove the interior trim between the doors so you can drill. To remove the trim, take 2 bolts out of the assist handle and remove bolt from the shoulder strap. The trim will pull off easily.
The grommets in the doors are fairly thick and if you feel on the inside there are some square recesses/holes. You want to poke thru one of those. Even after making a hole the grommet would seal shut and make it impossible to feed the wire thru. I pushed the pick thru the grommet and used a razor blade to cut the rubber around the pick. This makes the hole bigger.
Good luck.
