cruise control
The CC servo valve is under the driver's side battery. Sometimes battery acid will eat up the plastic parts and cause a vacuum leak. The sooner you get rid of your lead acid batteries the less damage they will do.
I just replaced my CC servo. It would set, but not hold speed. The speed would slowly slip lower until it would not longer hold at all. Eventually, it would not work at all.
Did it fail slowly or all at once?

I had a problem with CC not holding and the Tech ended up talking with the STAR center as a strange status was showing up on the Speed Control panel when using the DRB III scanner. The electric vacuum pump was not working corectly. This part is is on special release and only with a code from the STAR support staff. Luckily they were able to over nited one from CA and the CC has been OK for two months now.
Try checking your brake light switch... I had an older dodge, that the brake light was out of adjustment, and the brake lights would flash on occasion, making the cruise not work, as it thought i was hitting the brakes.
Just a thought, hope it helps

We had a bad snow storm, 3 feet in my yard. I make it to the dealer to have the cruise control fixed.........NO service techs make it in to work
Now I'll have to make another trip to the dealer in the future
