better read that closer.....
The warranty program covers 88 percent of the retail models sold, excluding fleet sales, SRT variants, Dodge Sprinters, and other vehicles with diesel engines.

Yep that sucks but they had the info on diesels on the lot and said it was good on all that they sold, They just sell the normal cars and trucks no srt's or sprinters and junk like that... We went looking for a Jeep or a Dakota for the wife.

First guess . .
They will have to honor any/all existing extended warranties, may tighten them up some using bad fuel, mods, etc as excuses for denials.
I'd look for prices to rise on any/all NEW extended warranties, the tightening will consist in a disclaimer regarding ALL aftermarket add-ons. They may not be able to get away with you using a different mfr's oil, fuel, or air filter, but most of the aftermarket stuff that would alter the emmission stuff will take the biggest hit, moss-mag act or not, any mods to intake/exhaust gets into the EPA stuff and they will find a way to hold the line, and hold it tightly making the overall hastle of mods not worth it.
The number of denied warranties is growing, setting a precidence, not many are arguing DC's position on the denials. Most are taking their lumps and fixing out of pocket or trading up to get out of their messes. This is giving the leverage to DC. I'd look for more dealer/DC hassles over trivia to begin on a larger scale to the existing extended warranties.
