Broken TT Mirrow
Broken TT Mirrow
While coming home last night at 3am I bumped a semi truck at 80MPH with the passenger side TT mirror. He drifted over and my mirror basically hit the side of his trailer on a icy road.
Well other than giving me a good scare I did not notice at the time but the housing on my mirror broke a bit around the mirror on the part that flips up/down.
New mirror from the dealer is $500 CDN
Does anyone know if I can buy the manual versions that are for sale much cheaper and swap the casing over onto my pwr/heated ones or if I have to choke up and buy it from the dealer? The broken piece is so small but they will no doubt fill up with snow/ice/water if I don't do something.
TIA
