Auto-down Window Switch...

Can you get more of the auto-down window switches for the rest of the windows? Primarily to replace the ones on the drivers door. Many other vehicles have auto-down switches througout the vehicle but not Dodge.

The driver's window is the only window I've seen this feature on in many vehicles. I'm not saying you are wrong, I've just never seen them on any other windows.

I was on an Audi forum recently and those guys have taken a jumper wire from the drivers switch and ran it too a terminal on the paasenger window buttons for their auto up feature on the passenger doors (Audi's And BMW already have auto-down on all their windows). I am not sure of the specifics but that would be nice to have auto down and up. Kind of dangerous for rear seats if you have kids though.

My Audi S4 had the auto down on all windows and auto up on the drivers. Sure was a nice feature I miss :-(

Window Switch...

You can't get other switches to replace the passenger and rear windows into auto. The entire assembly of switches comes as one unit and according to my Service advisors the auto switch is programed into the BCM.
I'd like to find out how to make them all auto also. I'll keep my eyes open for more info.
Thanks,

I agree with the annoyance at this design - my 4Runner has auto up AND auto down on both front windows; very convenient, but it probably costs $1.25 more.....

I've become very accustomed to this, & just get annoyed everytime I try to work the windows this way & then remember which vehicle I'm in....

If there was a way to convert both windows to autoup & autodown, I'd sure like to know about it!
