6 disc changer??
So, does anyone have a pic of the factory 6 disc changer in an 05 (or the same in another year)? I'm looking at one, but it doesn't seem to have the same rounded rectangle shape on the face that my regular cd player has. Also, how much are they worth these days? Are they worth it?

I have the 6 disc and no it is not worth it. It does not have an aux jack to run ipod's, sat radio, etc. Mine is rectangular with oval corners. I used to have a pic but do not have one at work.

Just a thought on the 6 disc CD changer. Mechanism in the changer is weak and WILL fail. Mine quit 2X now. Had a tech at local "trusted" dealer fix it the first time, on the side, with a warning that it will break again. It did. Can't even just buy the disc changer from Dodge either - gotta buy the whole thing - radio & CD.
I would like to go aftermarket but hear that you lose the steering wheel controls. Spoiled I guess, but the controls on the steering wheel are important to me.

Why don't you add an inexpensive and discreet PIE interface box to your existing radio then you can plug in a MP3 player. That's the route I took.
