08 ram no hi beam one side

have an 08 ram and lost hi beam on one side, not the bulb, where do I start?

I would double check the bulb. I have had bulbs that are bad but not readily noticeable to the eye

don't think its the bulb. when I plug in the plow, it also has no hi beam on left side. thinking problem may be the tipm (correction 07 ram)
