07 mega cab
Does this sound like a good deal. Went and looked at a 07 mega cab, 5.9, auto, 4wd, with 61000 on it. Clean car fax. The dealer wants 30000 for it. Everything is stock, except it has after market air filter It did have a banks bullet but they removed it Drive really good. Didn't see and issue with it other a little wear on the center console. Looks like the previous owner towed a fith wheeler with it and he smoked.
I'm going from a 04 2wd 5.9 with 202000 on it. He wants to give me 5500 for trade in Not sure if this is good or not.
Just looking to other people's opinion
Thanks

I bought my sig tuck a few years ago with 55,000 on it for $27k. That seems a little high IMO. It was bone stock at the time, and no 5th wheel nor smoker. I would haggle that down or keep searching.

If the op can deal with the smoke smell and the truck hasn't been thrashed pulling a 5ver then the price is right in the ballpark if it's a 5.9/G56 or a 6.7/68fre combo with no emissions issues.
Looking recently at newer used Cummins trucks and watching what they all sell for, I've seen a couple low mi 4th gen CC 4x4's (not a Mega but close) prices mid/high $30's that sold IMMEDIATELY, and looks like my 07 with a little over 100k mi on it would sell for high $20's. So again, $30k isnt unrealistic. Chew 'em down a little and it's a $28k truck. Sell the 5th wheel hitch out of the back and it's a $27k truck now.
