I have a 07.5 mega cab with the Infinity stereo with navigation. I want to add an amp to the factory system and bypass the stock amp. I need to know which color wires out of the radio are front and rear, left and right channels. I have looked up the colors on other websites and they do not all match mine. Some of the colors at the back of the speakers are not up at the radio.

I have an '06 service manual, don't know if it's the same as '07.5, but there are two different systems shown and the colors are different on each one. I'm thinking you have 3 speakers in the dash? If so, it only shows 2 sets of wires going to the amp and then 7 sets of wires going from amp to the 7 speakers
If this is not right let me know and I'll look again.

Left + green/blue
Left - green/orange

Right + gray/blue
Right - gray/orange

There has to be at least 4 channels for the balance and fade to work right?
