High power amp with factory speaker wires??

I will begin installing my new system soon and have a couple questions.

Will the factory speaker wires handle 70watts to each speaker?

I am installing 6.5 component speakers in the front so I'll need a new wire for the tweeters. For those that have run new wires, did you drill a hole in the door or make a hole in the rubber bulkhead connetor?

If your going with a good component set, you might as well run some new wires. I used the grommet in the door to run my wires through.

I installed kick panel in my truck with a componet set. I ran my tweeter off the front speaker leads and the mids from the rear speaker leads. Sounds great in my truck and no problems so far.

On the newer trucks it is nearly impossible to run new wires through the booth and factory connector. I had to run wires from my amp back up to the dash and connect to the factory wires, they are small and cheezy and may affect how much base you will get however I was not willing to drill holes in the door.
