In Arizona that could mean a law suit. You should probably as a lawyer. They will tell you for free whether you have a case or not. I had an issue once where the dealer did something similar. One letter from a lawyer and all was fixed very quickly.

I called the dealer and he said that is the cost of 0% which is I paid $4000 more for the truck so Chrysler needs to see that as a %. The deal was 0% or save $4ooo off purchase price.

That's how you should do it.

You have to weigh your options, go with 0%, or take 4,000 off. Figure out how fast your going to pay it off, and then figure out which works better. I went with the 4,000 back cause I planed on paying it off in 3 years, saved a ton of cash (put 1/2 down as payment), but again figure all of this before you go. This was back in 05, the deals they have now, wow

I put my truck on a 0% card. almost paid off now and never a dime of intrest. plus I have had my title since bought because a card is unsecured debt. If they are messing with you just put it on a 0 intrest card.

Most placed won't let you put it on a Credit Card because of the fee they have to pay to the credit card company.

I've never heard of a place taking a card (and I've tried on EVERY purchase I've ever made)

Maybe used, or this or that, but certainly not around these parts (unless you knew the dealer or something)

The last couple vehicles I bought, the dealer would only accept $500 or $1000 on a credit card. The rest had to be certified check or cash. Or financed, of course....

How i do it is I get the regular loan on my truck through my credit union then get the credit card company to send the money to my bank (most credit card companies will do that) then pay off the regular loan with the credit card loan with the 0%. its really easy and saves alot of money Did the same thing with my boat and trailer they get payed off fast..at 0%, and another good thing about doing it this way is your retain the title to your truck because credit cards are unsecured debt. not that you would stop paying your loan off, but if for some reason you did, they cant repo your vehicle.
