04.5-07 will bolt right up. Only one hanger may need tweaked or moved

Putting on the 04.5-07 exhaust would be doing deletes, as those trucks dont have the DPF and the cat in the downpipe...

Quick question, I have the H and S stage two with the EJA, all 4 inch, but if i wanted to go 5 inch I could use a kit for an 07 5.9. What would have to be done with the 02 sensors, do they not have to be installed in the pipe or does the Edge take care of that with clearing the codes on start up. Just worried cause I wouldnt wanna put my truck in limp mode. 5 inch systems for 06 to 07 are way cheaper than for my 08. Thanks in advance.

I just ordered an 07 Magnaflow Turbo Back 5 inch for a 5.9 to put on my 6.7. I am going to run it with my Smarty and do the EGR delete as well.

Cat-back wont even fit with the DPF in place...so it is correct Unless you hack it up, but you can get DPF back for the 6.7 so there really isnt much point

If somebody asks about the earlier exhaust fitting the 6.7, you can only do a turbo back, which most, if not all, manufacturers also offer.

You could put a stock 04.5-07 exhaust on, cat and all, but that wasnt part of the question...or piece together a stock to cat then an aftermarket cat-back, but what would be the sense in that?

You would need to weld bungs for your o2 sensors to the 5" TBE. Any muffler shop will have o2 sensor bungs and they are a standard size. They should be able to weld them on for you for $15 or so. You MUST have the o2 sensors in place unless you are running a Smarty or XRT. The Juice won't clear the codes for o2 sensors being removed.
