want upgrades for a 6.7 but dont want to void warranty

not much out there for you thus far. it's an expensive truck and everything with it is expensive. everything WORTH DOING to it also voids the emissions warranty. guess the days of having your cake and eating it too (*) are over.

That being said, i've spent a relatively low amount of money on my '08 and she now gets over 20mpg highway, has TONS of power, and haven't seen a CEL in a long, long time. I don't have a voided warranty either, as i put everything back to stock if i have to take the truck into the dealership.

(*)--"having your cake" meaning having a stock truck, "eating it too" meaning having a reliable powerplant with decent fuel economy along with tons of power.

Not alot you can do without voiding the warranty. It really depends on how mod friendly each dealership is, and with the current issues in the auto industry I forsee them becoming extremely restrictive on the amount of warranty work they are will to do with any mods at all...

HA HA! that's what I'm screamin', he's poor due to the new 6.7L and will be real poor once he starts modding and having to repair.
