Questions

i finally pulled the trigger on the delete parts for my 07.5 cummins. I know that with the smarty you have to leave the EGR valve actuator plugged in. so for those of you that have done the full style deletes where and how did you secure that motor out of the way if you have pictures that would be helpful. also i need to get my hands on the correct delete file for a smarty jr. thaks in advance for the help and advice

See this photo the EGR valve actuator is tied wrapped to the underside of the hoses in the photo.

Ok, you have a 07.5. Chassis cab or truck? Smarty Sr or Jr?
Go to the cumminsforum, 07.5-09 performance thread and look at the first post for instructions.
The tunes for your year model and smarty jr have dissappeared, but I will try and upload them tönight.

you can secure the actuator motor to the lip of the battery box..run two screws through the holes on the egr motor to the battery box..drill to small holes...mounts up nice.....

The file you need is SJ67v606E_DRM01K.7z for the zipped version or the already unzipped one ends with .smt.
Same location, first thread in this section. Follow the instructions and log into filebox, select file and open the 2007.5-2009 directory. The file you want is there.
Download it, unzip it if you need to and load it on the smartyjr
