Use a thin piece of cardboard with a 4" hole, slit it slip it over pipe and trace out ? Thats how I was going to do mine...Just havent yet.

flange

I have several flanges that were cut on a lazer. I made my delete pipe with one of them. I just used a new gasket to pattern the flange. Used 3/8ths bolts. Got the 4" pipe a Napa. New gasket was 15 bucks at the dealer. The old one was kinda stuck to the pipe so I left it there for later use if needed.
Good luck, I also picked up 4mpg after deletes. No regen

heres a novel idea

go buy a gasket and there ya go. you will need one anyways if you are building a bolt on delete pipe. save ya a lot of trouble and you can start making the flange while waiting for the truck to get out of the bodyshop.

Navy, Did you use a straight pipe or did you have to bend it to get it to fit up right? How about hangars ? looks like there are a couple hangars now, but with all that weight gone are hangars still needed on the replacement pipe? Thinking about making my own as well as you can see. I see you are in AZ as well I'm about 12 South of Wickenburg how about you?

Sorry I took so long to respond, been out of town. I used straight pipe and no hangers, the pipe is lite. I have a delete pipe here in my garage if you want to buy it $100. plus shipping. I'm located in Vail AZ just south of Tucson.
