HX40 DP flange dimensions.

I need to know the outside diameter of the HX40 style downpipe flange and how thick that piece of metal is. If anyone has one laying around and could measure it for me that would be great. Thanks.

I really cannot justify spending that much money when I have access to a full machine shop and welding facility. If I can get the dimensions of the flange I can turn one down out of stock and just adapt it to my existing down pipe with a small piece of 45 degree 4" pipe. Plus I need it ASAP as our Dyno Day is next Sunday. Really want it done, just need some numbers. Thanks

Just measure the flange on your turbo, V-band flanges are the same dimensions on both sides of the joint.

Here is a drawing I made of the flange. It is designed to fit over a piece of
3" schedule 40 pipe for a hot pipe. All you have to do is change the one dimension to make it work. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the dimensions. I would have made it match my turbo but it has not arrived yet. Thanks.
