How do I get my Smarty to not let the computer read the info from the DPF and other stuff? I have the smarty set on level 3 and the truck is telling me that my DPF is 100% full.

Gotta ask,
What tune do you have loaded?
Only time I've heard of the dpf full message with a smarty is when an emissions legal tune is loaded on it.
Or when someone loads a delete tune without doing the physical deletes.

ok I'll try to upload them tomorrow. Right now overhead is saying power reduced exhaust filter is full contact dealer.
I can still drive about 70 but you can tell there is reduced power. I have no deletes on the truck looking to make sure my smarty can handle the deletes before I take off the filter and other stuff. Reading over this thread I'm looking to do the California delete. How do I get the exhaust apart at the point where the clamp is at before the muffler? What the easiest way?

If you're running the stock exhaust and a delete tune you're gonna have problems.
You're dpf is full and in limp mode to protect the engine. If you continue this way you will do damage.
I'd suggest returning to the stock tune and let your dpf regen. Then do your deletes.
Best way I've read to pull the dpf is to remove the flange bolts and loosen the clamp. Pull it off the hangers, lower the flange side and wrestle the h3ll out of it until it comes apart.

I'm not running a deleted tune. I was running the legal emissions tune and the truck would not do a regen. I went back to stock no tune and still can't not get it to do regen. I'm guessing it's to far gone?? I'm in the process of trying to update my Smarty with the delete tune but not having much luck. It keeps saying it's not compatible with this version of Smarty. If I get it figured out I will be doing the exhaust delete.

Ok, two things to check:
Does the serial # have a "P" in it or "US" in it?
"P" means its a delete capable tuner.
"US" means its an emissions legal only tuner.
If it is a delete capable tuner then have you unzipped the file with 7zip before loading?

I havi a SmartyJr and there's 2 stickers on the case. One says SJ67P with a barcode and the other is the serial # and bar code and says SJ67P121XXXX
On the tuner itself is a sticker that matches the serial number sti ker on the case.
Yours is a S-67 and won't have the "J" in it anywhere. Are you sure its an "A" after S67?
Do you have the case for it? If so look at the front sticker shere it says Smarty S-67. Below that it says which engine model its for. It should say something like " Dodge 24V-6.7 L. Cummins Turbo Diesel. Common Rail with a MADS below it.

It looks like the "A" is a delete tuner so that's good.
I assume since you were running a street tune you know how to load a tune. If you have any doubts then go here: http://smartyresource.com/smartyupgrade.aspx
Post back here the complete file name you're trying to load on the tuner and we'll go from there.
You've got an '08 right?
