Yet another Smarty Tuning question

Well guys just lookin for a little advice. I've got an 03 w/ 100 injectors, Fass, Arson Kit, Ham. Springs, Modified Hx40, Hot Juice w/ Attitude and now the smarty TNT/R. I'm new to the smarty just lookin for some advice on what you think I could get the best results on all the differnt settings, and should i stack it with the Edge (of course i know i'd have to put the smarty to stock timing)...Thanks for the help!

Go download the regular Revo tune, not the TNT or TNTR. Try Catcher #7, TM 3 or 4, Timing default, RP 3. THis runs best on mine and a couple of 03-04s with light mods like yours. I see more power and boost with this tune than I see on any of the TNT versions and I have them all.

Its all in the trial and error. Your truck my run different than say mine on a certain setting. You have good fuel and good air so i wouls say your arson cps will be the weak link. If you have a RP gauge that will tell you alot when you start stacking. I say run just the smarty 1st. Try sw7 tq3, tm3 (1st then tm2) rp2 and see how you like it. If all good go with timing 2, if you can run timing 2, with no popping and all, thats were you will make the most power with your set up is sw9, tm2, tq4,rp4 if you can run it. My opinion.

tcr, you have the wicked cp3, is it the arson 1 or the dragonslayer? Reason why I say this is, I had the 90's, the arson and could only run the Revo 170, changed to the II stage 2 and bamb, I can run TNT sw9 and the mp-8 to max with no issues. The 03 trucks need to stage 2 cp3 and inj to run the AGGRESSIVE TNT sw.

Dump the Juice, you don't need it and it dosen't stack very well at all with the Smarty unless it is the pressure only box.

Do not run the TNT/R with the Juice! It is too much timing. This can lead to melting pistons. You will be better off selling the Juice and then buying a pressure box (EZ or MP-8). Stacking two things that do timing can cause some damage (TNT/R is heavy on the timing).

Yes. If you are thinking about keeping it for gauges, you are able to do that.

Basically the Avenger STG 2, from what Shane has told me.

You know whats weird is that my truck ran fine with the tnt on sw9 with my stock cp3, and my mp8 on around 50, but i changed to the 4.2 for better towing power. I never had an issue running the tnt, but when i ran the regular revo, my truck didnt like it.But the difference im sure is your injectors. mine are still stock, but my truck runs great as is.
