Well I did it, I spent the big bucks and went for the Industrial Injections tow twins! I hope that this was the best thing I could do, if I go by what everybody says this should be good. I just hope that it will be a trouble free system!

For you guys out there running twins is there anything I should know or do?

Congrats!!!!

 

Well UPS just dropped off the twins!? Everything looks pretty good I guess, but this kit is far from a bolt on kit that I told it was. I had asked Cody (w/industrial inj) what this kit consisted of and he said that it was a bolt on and play? It comes with a 5" down pipe, that I guess hooks up to my 4" factory exhaust, how? I even ask if this system would work with my factory exhaust. So I guess that if I want to run these twins I will have t invest in a 5" exhaust system, that I haven't heard to many people say they like. Also it looks like I have to do a little fabrication of some sort, because they give you some raw material in the kit. (angle and plate)

So do I think that this kit is looks goods? Yeah but it will be alot more work than I was told, even if they would just be straight foward and told me everything needed in the kit I would of understood. Maybe their staff is unaware of what is needed? My only consern is, putting a lot of time into this and then the outcome not being what was expected. Which I have no reason to believe that it would, but I am just looking how easy that silver bullet would go on in less that an hour and this kit going on in a week or so!

So I guess that I need to just get started, ok now where did the instructions go, Oh yeah they don't come with any!

Anyway I'm going to sleep on it and decide in the morning on what I am going to do?

Up date on the twins project, well come to find out I had some of the wrong pieces in my kit, I actually was sent the piping kit for the racing twins instead of the towing twins. Well I called II and talked to Brett and Brady and they are getting the situation taken care of! They are sending me a complete kit right away, so I was happy for that, the felt pretty bad that I got to wrong kit.

So with any luck hopefully this weekend I will be installing some twins, plus now I will have my 5" exhaust to go with it.
