According to aam.com, you can get a 3.54 for an 11.5 rear, and that is the highest ratio. Look here:

Can't! I have 33's now and the cab lights only clear the garage by about 1" (the antenna hits). I have thought about air ride (like Kelderman) but I'm afraid I'd forget to dump the air. (I'm sure I'd only do that once! ) So unless I jack up the house, gears are my only option. (No I'm not parking outside )
