at what psi of boost are springs and studs needed?

i have posted this a couple times and was wondering at what psi of boost are studs and springs needed. i plan on in the future doing these mods.

tnt-r for the smarty

mitusa lift pump
triple disc converter and input output new clutches and bands
and possibly a new turbo 64 71 13

I don't think springs have anything to do with it unless you plan on running past 3700rpm. Studs seem to be a security unless your running 55lbs. boost or more.

The general rule is 3500 rpm's or 50 lbs of boost. You plan to break either of those you had better plan on springs and studs.

Head gasket also has alot if not more to do with drivepressure as well, also make sure your truck is fully warm. The numbers above are a good basis. Springs are also necessary for trucks with over 50psi even if they are not turning above 3500 rpm. Floating valves can cause big problems quick.

I would also run a billet race drum in your Trans if you plan on running 4000 program for extended periods
