Get 60 PSI gauge. My engine is still stock with less then 4K and it will max out around 32 pounds of boost.

I went with the 60. I have only an Edge EZ and with the included boost elbow, I'm running 35psi max.

If you have an 04.5 like me, you will need a 60 psi gauge, even in stock trim. I can nail 30 psi getting out of the subdivision.

Go 100 psi, You never know when you just might decide that you need twins and the 60 just wont cut it anymore.

holly Xhit... twins... lol.... don't think I will ever get that far.... at least not until someone writes a 10 page report on why I rec. truck owner should do it and some manufacture wishes to let me be a beta tester - fully backed with $$$$ and willing to give me a spare engine to store in my garage...

ok, here is some thought for why to do the 30psi gauge (since all others say go big)

In my case, I am keeping my truck stock, want longevity out of it. so a 30 is all I need.

if you stay on the 30, you get to see finer increments on the smaller side (where the engine runs most of the time). if you go with the 60psi gauge, from 0-30 goes real fast on the gauge and the increments get bigger on the 30-60 side.

on the 30 gauge, you see better detail on the 0-30 range of the gauge. my truck runs at 5-10psi most of the time. it only spikes when you jump on it or climb a grade or something like that. I like to see what the low psi is so I can try to get better mpg's.

my stock 03 tops out at 23-24psi. you guys in the newer trucks are getting more boost than I am.

just food for thought...
