What Mod's am I missing? High EGT Problems!!

90's, a Smarty and an X2 are just too much fuel for a 62, regardless of the turbine size.
You either need to upgrade to the newer Smarty and go with a lower hp tune, or get more air into your motor with a turbo.
The spooling mods listed will help a 64mm compressor but really do nothing for your current issue.
Twins or a single 64 are what you need... The 64mm upgrade, spool-aid, turbine/manifold blankets will be the cheapest.. putting a S475 under the 62 will be the most effective.
