Warranty question on returning smarty or Jr.

If I try the Smarty or Jr. and don't like it can I get a refund if I return it within a reasonable period of time?

I know it's been suggested to find someone and try one but the guy who's close enough to me that sells them I wouldn't take my dog in to have looked at.

Bob, Marco, could you hook me up.

man, that's asking a lot. typically any electronics are not warrantied once installed. I can't speak for Bob or Marco but, I've yet to see the smarty or any other box as a try it before you buy it unless you were at a dealer that would let you use theirs.

The way most have to do it is buy one ( any programmer ) and if you don't like it ... sell it.

I can't imagine someone wanting to return a Smarty. They're that good.

As others have said, if you don't like it, sell it. Smartys seem to have great resale value, unlike a lot of other performance items.

Don't the Quad products have a trial period? Or am I mistaken...

Good pointer, I'll have to check it out when time comes, hopefully before Christmas.
