Is anyone running a variable geometry turbo or a "multi-stage" turbo like the one ATS is selling? How do you like it? How is low-end responsiveness? Comments? (I'm not interested in how it feels on the D-max or P-stroke) Thanks.

 

i don't think anyone makes a drop in vgt or vnt charger for our trucks. the ats design is nice as it is simple and entirely mechanical. the vnt charger i want is off a S60 DDC and it will/should bolt to a large frame ats/htt 3 piece manifold. now someone just needs to figure out the box to control such a thing [all it needs is a piggyback signal off the ecm for throttle%/voltage (0.5-4.5vdc)] and the rest of the sensors can be stand alone to the controller [boost pressure, shaft speed]

 

Banks is working on one for the cummins.. don't know if they have it available yet.
