Van Aaken C3.2 Questions
After seeing some of the posts on the damage to stock injectors over time running high pressure fueling boxes. I am looking into purchasing the van aaken c3.2 which increases power thru duration only ( 130 hp, 270 ft-lbs). Currently I am running a non adjustable ramifier on my 04.5' I was wondering if anyone has ran this box and could comment on the performance and if this would be a safer box to run as far as the damaging of the injectors go. Just looking for comments on this box and whether I should go with it and get rid of the ramifier or not.
thanks,
matt

deezulsmoke,
We have sold a lot of them over the last few years with great success. Some customers feel it makes a little more EGT's than a pressure box, but you have the safety of not dealing with the pressure side as a bonus too! Give us a call if you have any questions we'll be glad to help you.

I have the C3.2 and the quad 100 hp box stacked. turned up all the way i can hit 1600 pretty easily, but i am at 9,000ft. i run them normally at 50% each and the egts are around 1200 at WOT. hope this helps.

I have a VA3.2 and love it so far. I was looking to add a mild box that this one is it. The low setting adds lots of driveability i.e. quicker spools, more response. The high setting definitely makes a difference. I don't leave it on high for long because I don't have a pyro installed yet. I have the pyro but havn't decided pre or post turbo.
The box is a quick install and isn't supposed to set any codes. Here is a good link that someone posted about the different boxes. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the link kertoncol, that is a very good website on fueling box information. I am just worried about long term events with the ramifier that I have because it is just the 100 hp box, it is non-adjustable, I dont want to ruin any of the fueling components or injectors on the motor.

The incab switch of the VA3.2 is nice. You have off, low, and high control. The switch and that it only adjusted the duration and not pressure was a selling point for me. I bought it at the KY annual truck show in Louisville. They had a special for $549. Good luck.
