Trans Prices

I've noticed a lot of you guys are saying you spent $5000-6000 on your full billet trans. How did yall get off that cheap? Are yall calling a trans with just the all 3 shafts a full billet, or do you really have a full billet(flex plate, converter, VB, all the shafts, billet drums, billet band clamps)?

um no i assuming they are talking about shafts, your talkin about a 8,000 to 9,000 dollar tranny. I paid 6,000 and no plate, clamps, drums, or billet TC, sounds like they have some buddies in the deal.

I've been running a suncoast for a lil over 3 months and 11000 miles, i was just wondering what you guys were actually getting for $5-6000. Calling billet shafts and a flexplate a full billet is misleading. There's a lot more billet to throw in there to get a true full billet, and i know everything billet is overkill for 99% of the people here but it's a good piece of mind. And i was thinking you guys were getting the same trans i got for $4000 less

This is typical, just a mild build...and a GREAT price by the way

That include drums, bands, strut, anchor, clamps, VB, install, everything? Sounds like just shafts, flex, VB, and convertor
