TQ conv. locked up

TQ conv. locked up
Put my trans in on saturday and put a new triple disk in from art carr (since i know the owner and he is here locally), and a new billet input shaft and front drum, and the tq conv lockes up as soon as put put it in drive or reverse. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas on what could be going on with it?
