Billet torque conv. cover?

Billet torque conv. cover?

Does anyone make a torque converter with a billet cover for our 518's, I know the ATS isn't. For moderate power(say no more than 250hp/550tq) is the billet necessary? Personal experience's would help my decision here. Thanks Dave.
